I recently had the pleasure of trying their Carne Asada Bowl, and it was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they put a lot of love into their food. If you're looking for a flavorful, satisfying, and an overall delightful food truck experience, Mango Mike's is a must-try. I can't wait to go back and explore the rest of their menu. Highly recommended!
